All of my items are unique and therefore only one of each exists, although with glass there are likely to be a number of which have slight variations. As orders can be placed via this website, or on my Facebook page, and are currently on display in a gallery, there may be the odd occasion when you place an order and the item has just sold. If this is the case, I will contact you and see if I can find something else to meet your needs. If not, depending on the item, I might be able to recreate something similar, but obviously by their nature, every item will have some differences. If there is a variation you would like based on something you have seen, please get in touch to discuss. A 50% deposit will be required for any commission pieces.

Standard 'recorded delivery' prices have been provided based on a guesstimate of weight/price. Should you order more than one item any excess shipping charges will be refunded via your means of payment within ten days.

I am happy to post items on your behalf if they are to be sent as a gift. I will include a printed business card stating they are from you. If you want me to do this, please let me know what you would like the note to say.

Payment can be made directly through the site with wixpay. I can also take direct bank transfer if you speak to me first. Items are not shipped until 100% of payment has been received. Commission or personalised pieces will require a 50% deposit before work is started on them, and full payment prior to despatch.
